Refund policy

We hope you love everything you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 days to process it. Your store credit will then be emailed to you.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. We can’t accept items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke smell, or stains of any kind.

Final sale: Sale items are final and can’t be returned or refunded.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are not refunded.
